We started on the factory floor. Then we learned the market.
Most product ventures don't fail because the factory was wrong. They fail because the product was wrong for the market — the positioning didn't separate, the price didn't hold, the range was off. By the time that shows up, the stock is already made and paid for.
The usual options don't fix it. Strategy consultants can map a market but have never negotiated an MOQ or stood on a production line. Sourcing agents can get something made but won't tell you whether it should exist. You end up stitching two half-answers together and carrying the risk in the seam.
